What should you know about our Belgian Conventional Monoblocs ?
General info
The M41 is the prestressed Monobloc sleeper made of classic cement concrete and conforms to European standards EN13230- 1 and 2 and the technical specification L23 of the Belgian railway company Infrabel. The sleeper can be used for both the conventional and the high-speed railnet.
Our range also includes a sustainable and circular variant M41TH made of sulphur concrete. It too meets the prescribed standard and can be used in both the conventional and high-speed railnet. More information on this innovation can be found via the following link THIOTRACK.
Variants
There are variations possible of the sleepers M41 made of cement concrete and the M41TH made of sulphur concrete:
- M42 / M42-TH: Equipped with ‘Under Sleeper Pads’ conforms to European standards EN 16730 and the technical specification L23 of the Belgian railway company Infrabel
- M41CR /M41CR-TH: Equipped with additional fixations for securing a contrarail
- M41+6 / M41 TH+6: An M41 sleeper with a track gauge of 1441mm
- M41+12 / M41 TH+12: An M41 sleeper with a track gauge of 1447mm
