De Bonte Group produces PREFARAILS® Rail Jackets to wrap the rails in. This fixes them in the concrete groove and provides perfect support in all possible directions. The PREFARAILS® Rail Jacket also offers excellent insulation against vibrations and electrical currents.
Due to the optimal design of the PREFARAILS® Rail Jacket, the rail is perfectly fixed in the pavement during heavy crossing traffic and allows easy replacement without damaging the road!
The PREFARAILS® Rail Jacket is designed in-house, tailored to the rail and made of bonded rubber granules from recycled car tyres. Yet another way in which De Bonte Group contributes to the environment.
