Acquisition by Sateba officially completed
We are pleased to announce that the acquisition of our production departments for classic cement concrete sleepers by French multinational Sateba Group has been definitively completed today. This important milestone follows the earlier announcement of our agreement with Sateba, which includes the Belgian production departments in Laakdal and Baudour, as well as our 2 French production sites of LIB Ferroviaire.
This transaction is part of our strategic refocus on our core business and innovative solutions. We are confident that Sateba will continue manufacturing concrete sleepers with the same commitment to quality and expertise that you have come to expect from us.
