<\/p>\nSince 2\/10\/2023, the permit landscape has changed dramatically: the new GSVH (Regional Urban Stormwater Regulation \u2013 original in Dutch \u2018Gewestelijke Stedenbouwkundige Verordening Hemelwater<\/a>\u2019<\/a>) has come into force.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Unlike its predecessor, the new regulation also applies to the public domain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This has a very big impact on designers’ challenges, which were already substantial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
