REBLOC\u00ae concrete safety barriers are tested and approved in accordance with standard EN 1317. The noise barrier guide constructions are additionally tested for noise protection according to EN 1793. The REBLOC\u00ae sound barrier consists of a concrete Jersey with HEA profiles. The profiles can then be simply placed on our Jersey barrier in the classic way, analogous to how they would be placed if no concrete Jersey were present.<\/p>\n

The REBLOC\u00ae H2 system combined with sound barrier consists of a 1m high Jersey and a 1m high sound panel made of wood fibre concrete, with the remaining 2.5m built up in a material of your choice. For our H4b system, a 1.5m-high Jersey should always be installed in combination with a 1m-high wood-fibre concrete sound panel. The remaining 4m can be constructed from a material of your choice. De Bonte Group will also support you in calculations regarding tipping hazard under wind loads specific to your conditions.<\/p>\n

Certainly, in the design phase, De Bonte Group will always ask you to provide a DWG file. At this stage, we prepare drawings, which need to be approved by the management\/contractor. At a time of such high fuel prices and when ecological thinking is increasingly important, it becomes all the more important to use temporary barriers as a permanent system later on. This is to minimise the supply and removal of guide structures. The ultimate goal in existing or yet-to-be-designed tunnels is that you always want to use as much width as possible. To provide a solution to this, REBLOC\u00ae tested a very slim model that, in conjunction with the tunnel wall, passed a perfect crash test at H2 level.
